Mets report:
The Mets met a couple of their off season goals of reaching the playoffs and winning their division. They however failed in the playoffs. The Mets will looking to take the next in the upcoming season. Hats off to the following players for assisting the Mets to a division winner,
-Jimmy Rollins, all world SS, who transistioned into the #3 hole this season, had another outstanding offensive season.
-Pete Rose Jr, the Mets turned away several offers in the offseason, and plugged him into the leadoff spot, where he flourished. He should be an All-Star for years to come
-Jason Bay, in spite of a couple of injuries, had a solid year and filled the clean role, admirably
-Pitching staff, thru ups and downs, they held up through out the season. Cain, with injuries, Joba fulfilling his potential, and Jennings, the crafty vet who anchored the staff
-Jarrod Parker, rushed to the bigs, had a solid season and should warrant some rookie of the year consideration and should be a big contributor this coming season

Nice season Louis, glad to see you get a divisional title! Losing Bay to retirement will certainly hurt, but with a move or two boasting the lineup, you will be the favorite in the East again.
