If Barna was a bit more impressive i might have voted for him but the fact is a 3.16 era wasnt all that rare this past season, my vote goes to CF Fowler, hitting 32HR and stealing 51 bases.

I will go with Fowler.... if im not mistaken pitchers cant even win the rookie of the year in the MLB... or it never happens, and i've never seen it happen.... Fowler was a one of a kind this season, no other batter was even close!
